If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us at 404-292-8446 or 800-969-4255 within five days of the delivery of your item. We promise to handle your order and concerns with the utmost care. Refunds are only available for orders that have not been delivered.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date if you need to cancel your order.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and established house accounts.
Delivery fees will be calculated based on the recipient's zip code and the level of service requested. All orders are subject to the relevant state and local sales taxes. Taxes and delivery fees will be calculated and clearly displayed during checkout, and prior to payment, for your approval.
Occasionally we may need to make substitutions to the flowers, plants, fruit, etc., used to design your gift item. We take extra care to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement you ordered. We believe in delivering exactly what you ordered so please be assured if we find the need to substitute to complete and deliver your order we will notify you, our customer, by phone, text or email.
